The Helpdesk...for ACT! v3.3 released - Act v16 compatible

September 2014

We are pleased to announce the latest version of The Helpdesk...for ACT! is now available.

We don’t believe in imposing our view of the helpdesk department, so this release has been driven by requests from our customers for features that would help them in the running of their helpdesk departments.

Our customers already know the ease of use within the helpdesk software and this release builds on that, as well as adding functionality in the areas of

- Enhanced Service Contracts - one contract for many companies, email reminders
- New dashboards - Calls by Month, Engineer Time Analysis
- New reports
- Pending statuses to 'stop the SLA clock'
- Open multiple ticket windows
- Traffic light indicator on Contact layout to show if calls are open for the contact or company
- Helpdesk events (create, update, close) added to Contact Notes Tab
- New Helpdesk Administrator classification of calls
- Much more....
